The BVARS AGM is just over a week away! Members should have already received a notice, but just in case please see previous post. This is the key BVARS business meeting so we hope to see a good member turn-out (Thanks in advance). This is a public meeting, so anyone is welcome to attend.
You can attend in-person at the Ranger Park Building (large green basement door at south end), 16th Ave and Princess Street, Smithers or via Zoom. We would love to see everyone in person, but that is not practical for many of our far-flung members. Also, there are several illnesses circulating in the community so if you are at-all ill we would ask that you attend via Zoom. Note you do not need to have a Zoom account or app to attend .

Dues for 2023 memberships can now be paid: $20 for RAC members, $30 for non-RAC (covers extra insurance cost). Options are Interac eTransfer to [email protected] , by credit card on our web site https://www.bvars.org/membership.html , or by mail to BVARS Box 982, Smithers BC V0J 2N0.
Elections: We need a minimum of 5 directors: President, Vice-President, Secretary-Treasurer (or separate Secretary and Treasurer) and 1+ director(s)-at-large. Give it some thought. We do most of our board business on-line, so anyone can serve. Duties of officers can be viewed at officers duties .
