Earthquake Preparedness Review

The provincial government just released yesterday the consultant report on earthquake preparedness in BC. High level report, but gives useful background. Key messages I got is that there is a high level of apathy among the citizenry/NGOs, insufficient government resourcing, and we need to develop a ¨culture of preparedness¨ (including among hams.....)
